Pear mousse recipe details
Ingredients
200 g pears, diced |
2 tbsp lemon juice |
120 ml plain yogurt |
120 g cottage cheese |
1 pack(s) gelatin |
50 ml water |
60 ml pear nectar |
50 g sugar |
120 ml whipping cream |
Instructions
Combine pears and lemon juice and process in a blender until smooth.
Mix together the yogurt and cottage cheese and stir into the pureed fruit.
Dissolve gelatin in the water in a small saucepan over low heat. Add nectar and sugar and cook for 2 minutes.
Add gelatin to the pear mixture and mix well. Place into a container and freeze for about 30 minutes.
Take out from freezer and fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate for several hours.
