Patrani macchi stuffed fish parsi style recipe details
Ingredients1. Boneless fish (300gms)
2. juice of lemon (1)
3. coconut (1/4c)
4. green chilies (3-4)
5. salt (to taste)
6. ginger (few)
7. mint leaves (few)
8. coriander leaves (a bunch)
Method of preparation
1. Take boneless fish, cut it into small pieces. Carve it from the center. Sprinkle salt on it and squeeze lemon juice. Keep it to marinate for about 10 to 15 minutes.
2. Fill the chutney in the center of the fish pieces. Wrap up the fish in banana pieces and steam the fish for 6 to 7 minutes. Sprinkle the lemon juice and serve it hot.
