16 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

2 Tablespoons grated orange peel

2 Tablespoons orange juice concentrate, thawed

2 Tablespoons Cointreau or orange liqueur (optional)

Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange peel, juice concentrate, and liqueur thoroughly, by hand or in food processor. Cover and chill overnight.
