Molasses pumpkin pie recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | pumpkin purée |
3 large | eggs |
1 tbsp | flour |
¼ tsp | salt |
1 tsp | cinnamon, ground |
1 tsp | ginger, ground |
60 ml | molasses |
240 ml | single cream |
unbaked pie pastry |
Instructions
Mix together sugar, flour, salt, ginger and cinnamon. Add the molasses, pumpkin, and eggs. Mix well. Stir in cream.Preheat oven to 200°C.
Pour mixture into a 22 cm unbaked pie shell. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool before serving.
