Ingredients
250 g | meat, cooked and sliced |
1 kg | frozen vegetables, mixed, e.g. carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms |
4 | eggs |
5 tbsp | milk |
salt and pepper | |
ground nutmeg | |
some | butter |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 250°C.Arrange the frozen vegetables and the meat in a buttered casserole. In a bowl, mix together the eggs and the milk. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the mixture over the vegetables and the meat. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
Serve with bread, rice or potatoes.
