Maple balsamic glazed pork tenderloin recipe details
Ingredients
1 kg | pork tenderloins |
2 tbsp | flour |
olive oil | |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
200 g | mushrooms, diced |
4 | green onion, sliced |
For the Glaze: | |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
90 ml | balsamic vinegar |
60 ml | maple syrup |
2 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
1 tbsp | rosemary, chopped |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Slice pork into rounds. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper and press both sides into the flour.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the pork and brown for about 2 minutes on each side. Remove the medallions to a plate and keep warm.
Add the mushrooms and green onions to the pan and sauté until tender.
Combine the glaze ingredients in bowl and stir well. Place the pork tenderloin back in the pan and pour glaze over all.
Transfer to an oven proof dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring once.
