Mango coconut sauce recipe details
Ingredients
2 | mangoes, peeled, pitted, cut into chunks |
180 ml | coconut milk |
180 ml | whipping cream |
2 tbsp | frehs lime juice |
Instructions
Purée the mango chunks until smooth.Pour the mango puree, coconut milk, cream and lime juice into a saucepan and stir thoroughly. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Leave to cool slightly and then serve immediately.
