Iced cofflate recipe details
Ingredients
60 g | chocolate |
1 tbsp | cornstarch |
½ tsp | cinnamon |
400 ml | strong hot coffee |
400 ml | hot milk |
400 g | sugar |
some | whipped cream for topping |
Instructions
Dissolve cornstarch in a little cold water and place in double boiler with chocolate, cinnamon, sugar and hot coffee. Stir until thick.Add milk and cook for 15 minutes, while constantly stirring with a whisk or mixer. Cool and chill.
Serve ice cold in tall glasses with whipped cream on top.
