Ingredients
250 g | minced beef |
250 g | cream cheese |
120 ml | sour cream |
2 | green onions, chopped |
¼ tsp | garlic powder |
¼ tsp | cumin, ground |
¼ tsp | freshly ground pepper |

Instructions
In a saucepan, brown beef in oil and stir frequently. Drain fat and leave meat to cool a little.Combine beef with all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
