½ bunch(es) | parsley |
½ bunch(es) | basil |
½ bunch(es) | chives |
5 sprig(s) | dill |
3 leaves | spinach |
6 | shallots, finely chopped |

Instructions
Scald the herbs and the spinach in hot water, then drain and finely chop.In a bowl, whisk the butter until soft. Stir in the herbs, shallots and garlic.Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
