Healthy ham and cheese croissant recipe details
This is a tasty and healthy snack for a lazy afternoon, or a nice party sandwich cut up in halves as an hors d’oeuvre.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 4 fresh baked croissants
- 1/2 pound Deli thin sliced Black Forest ham
- 1/2 pound Deli thin sliced Fresh Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup. alfalfa sprouts
- 1 avocado
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 2 mins1. Slice croissants in half through the middle, butter each side and place on warm skillet. Brown.
2. Place 4 pieces of Black Forest Ham, 3 pieces fresh Swiss, on the toasted croissants.
3. Cut avocado in strips. Place 2 strips of avocado on each sandwich. Lightly salt to taste. Finishing touch, place 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts and place top on sandwich. Place sandwich picks in and slice in half. Enjoy.
