Garlic and honey flavoured pork chips recipe details
Ingredients
800 g | pork rind, cut into bite-sized pieces |
olive oil | |
½ tsp | cayenne pepper |
salt | |
cinnamon powder | |
4 clove(s) | garlic, sliced |
2 tbsp | honey |
Instructions
In a pan heat the oil. Add the pork rind and fry until lightly browned. Transfer the pieces onto a lined baking tray. Roast in the preheated oven at 200°C for 20-30 minutes.Remove the crunchy pieces from the fat. Sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, cinnamon and honey. Mix well. Roast in the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.
