Ingredients

800 g	pork rind, cut into bite-sized pieces
	olive oil
½ tsp	cayenne pepper
	salt
	cinnamon powder
4 clove(s)	garlic, sliced
2 tbsp	honey

Instructions

In a pan heat the oil. Add the pork rind and fry until lightly browned. Transfer the pieces onto a lined baking tray. Roast in the preheated oven at 200°C for 20-30 minutes.

Remove the crunchy pieces from the fat. Sprinkle with garlic, salt, pepper, cinnamon and honey. Mix well. Roast in the oven for another 5-7 minutes.

Serve hot or cold.
