Fudge Nut Sauce recipe
Ingredients
400 g | sugar |
200 g | light brown sugar |
100 g | chocolate chips |
180 ml | whipping cream |
2 tbsp | butter |
1 tsp | vanilla |
100 g | nuts, chopped |
Instructions
In a saucepan mix together chocolate, cream, sugars and butter. Stirring constantly, cook over low heat until mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat, add vanilla and chopped nuts.
Pour into jars, cool slightly, and refrigerate. To serve, place jar in a pan of warm water to reheat.
