Fruit Tiramisu recipe

|300 g||whipping cream|
|500 g||vanilla yoghurt|
|2||bananas, cut into slices|
|1||kiwi, cut into slices|
|300 ml||freshly brewed coffee or espresso|
Prepare the coffee or espresso and pour into a flat bowl to dip the ladyfingers in.
Whisk cream until it holds soft peaks. Add the mascarpone and whisk more.
Take a large glass bowl, and start layering: vanilla yoghurt, ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, banana pieces, vanilla yoghurt, ladyfingers, mascarpone cream. Use the sliced kiwi for garnish.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Variations:Replace kiwi and bananas with any other fruit of your choice.
