Fruit Tiramisu recipe

Ingredients
300 g | whipping cream |
250 g | mascarpone |
500 g | vanilla yoghurt |
2 pack(s) | Ladyfingers |
2 | bananas, cut into slices |
1 | kiwi, cut into slices |
300 ml | freshly brewed coffee or espresso |
Instructions
Prepare the coffee or espresso and pour into a flat bowl to dip the ladyfingers in.
Whisk cream until it holds soft peaks. Add the mascarpone and whisk more.
Take a large glass bowl, and start layering: vanilla yoghurt, ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, banana pieces, vanilla yoghurt, ladyfingers, mascarpone cream. Use the sliced kiwi for garnish.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Variations:Replace kiwi and bananas with any other fruit of your choice.
