Fruit delight recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | dried apricots, chopped finely |
75 g | almonds, chopped finely |
150 g | coconut flakes |
2 tbsp | orange juice |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
2 tbsp | maple syrup |
100 g | dark chocolate |
Instructions
In a bowl, mix apricots with almonds, half of the coconut flakes, lemon juice, orange juice and maple syrup. Knead until the mixture is pliable and well combined.Form to little balls and coat them with the remaining coconut flakes. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and coat the balls completely with chocolate. Allow to dry, then store in the fridge.
