- Ingredients
- Two-8 ounce packages cream cheese (low fat is fine, no fat is ok but not as good)
- 1 can extremely well drained crushed pineapple (press and squeeze juice out of it)
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper or a mixture of green with jalapeno or other hot peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Mix all ingredients. Serve with butter crackers. This sounds like an odd mix but is extremely tasty.
