Ingredients

120 g	butter
120 g	white sugar
100 g	brown sugar
30 g	cocoa powder
120 ml	milk
½ tsp	vanilla extract
¼ tsp	salt
160 g	oatmeal
80 g	coconut, shredded

Instructions

Combine butter, sugars, cocoa powder and milk in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over low heat and allow to boil for two minutes, whilst stirring.

Remove from heat and add vanilla, salt, oatmeal and coconut. Mix well.

Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper and leave to cool.

Store in an airtight container.
