- Ingredients
- Chocolate-flavored bark coating package containing 12 squares (best if package contains individual containers of chocolate)
- Roasted sunflower seeds
Instructions:
Our guests love these and always want the recipe. It is fun to have your guests guess what is in them. Rarely do they guess sunflower seeds. If you buy a package with individual containers, you can whip up as few as 3 of these at a time. I make them fresh that day for each guest. You may substitute cranraisins for variety or mix 1/2 sunflower seeds and 1/2 cranraisins together.
Melt 2 squares of chocolate in microwave oven. Stir in 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds. (Consistency should be that of a cookie, only you don’t want these flat.) Drop in dollops onto wax paper. Let chocolate set up for approximately 20 minutes. Serve on turn-down tray.
Makes: 6 to 7 (medium size). Preparation time:3 minutes. Set-up time:20 minutes.
