Chocolate Orange Biscuits recipe

Ingredients
200 g | flour |
100 g | almonds, ground |
100 g | caster sugar |
160 g | butter |
3 tbsp | cocoa powder |
orange marmelade, for filling | |
dark chocolate, for coating |
Instructions
Mix together soft butter with sugar, then add flour, cocoa powder and almonds and knead until a dough forms. Leave in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
Preheat oven to 220°C (upper/lower heat).
Roll out the dough and cut out rounds. Place biscuit rounds on a tray with baking paper and bake for around 10 minutes.
Leave to cool, then put some marmelade inbetween two rounds and coat with melted dark chocolate.
