Chocolate cream filled cookies recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | white chocolate, chopped |
125 g | whipping cream |
250 g | flour |
3 tbsp | cocoa powder |
50 g | cornflour |
1 tsp | baking powder |
150 g | butter, soft |
75 g | sugar |
1 pack(s) | vanilla sugar |
1 medium | egg |
salt |
Instructions
Melt the chocolate in the cream. Cool for 2 hours.Mix together the flour, cocoa, cornflour, baking powder, butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and a pinch of salt. Knead until the dough is well combined. Wrap in cling film and cool for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Roll out the dough and cut out rounds. Arrange the rounds on a lined baking tray. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Whisk the chocolate cream until stiff. Spread half of the cookies with the cream. Top with the remaining cookies. Store in the fridge.
