Ingredients
2/3 cup butter, melted and cooled
1 pound brown sugar (light or dark)
3 eggs
2-3/4 cups flour
2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips or pieces
1 cup hazelnuts (or your favorite)
Instructions:

I think of these as brown sugar brownies, only better!

Blend butter, brown sugar, and eggs well. Add flour, baking powder, and salt; mix well. Add chocolate and nuts.

Spread in 10 x 15 x 1-inch pan (dough will be sticky). Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Cut while warm (use a pizza cutter). Freezes well.
