|500 ml||cherry juice|
|1 pack(s)||instant vanilla pudding mix|
|1 tbsp||vanilla sugar|
|250 ml||whipping cream|
InstructionsTake 5 tablespoons of the juice and mix with the instant pudding mix, sugar and cinnamon. In a casserole bring the juice to the boil, add the pudding mix and bring to the boil again stirring. Remove from heat and let it cool completely. Reserve 4 tablespoons of whipped cream for decoration and fold in the remaining whipped cream to the cooled down pudding. Transfer to small serving dishes and decorate with the cream.
If there are no kids around add some cherry brandy to the juice.
