Cherry Vanilla Pudding recipe

Ingredients
500 ml | cherry juice |
1 pack(s) | instant vanilla pudding mix |
1 tbsp | vanilla sugar |
3 tbsp | sugar |
pinch(es) | cinnamon |
250 ml | whipping cream |
Instructions
Take 5 tablespoons of the juice and mix with the instant pudding mix, sugar and cinnamon. In a casserole bring the juice to the boil, add the pudding mix and bring to the boil again stirring. Remove from heat and let it cool completely. Reserve 4 tablespoons of whipped cream for decoration and fold in the remaining whipped cream to the cooled down pudding. Transfer to small serving dishes and decorate with the cream.Variation:
If there are no kids around add some cherry brandy to the juice.
