Cherry vanilla pudding recipe details
Ingredients
500 ml cherry juice |
1 pack(s) instant vanilla pudding mix |
1 tbsp vanilla sugar |
3 tbsp sugar |
pinch(es) cinnamon |
250 ml whipping cream |
Instructions
Take 5 tablespoons of the juice and mix with the instant pudding mix, sugar and cinnamon.
In a casserole bring the juice to the boil, add the pudding mix and bring to the boil again stirring.
Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
Reserve 4 tablespoons of whipped cream for decoration and fold in the remaining whipped cream to the cooled down pudding.
Transfer to small serving dishes and decorate with the cream.
Variation:
If there are no kids around add some cherry brandy to the juice.

In the first sentence you say to ‘add 5 TB juice to the pudding mix’. Then in the second sentence you say “add the pudding mix”. Add it to what? It seems like there are several words missing from this instruction text. Did you mean “casserole dish”? I am unclear on just about everything here. Terrible ‘instructions’.

apologies if the instructions seem confusing.
So you take the 5 tbsp of cherry juice and mix this with the pudding mix (and sugar and cinnamon).
Then you heat up the remaining cherry juice and add the previously made mixture to it (also referred as “pudding mix”).
Then follow the remaining instructions.
Hopefully this clears the confusion.
