Cheese tikka details
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese – 500grams
- Capsicum (shimla mirch) – 1
- Tomatoes – 2
- Onions – 2
- Yogurt – ¼ cup
- Tomato puree – ¼ cup
- Hot spices powder (garam masala) – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Salt – to taste
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, tomato puree, hot spices, red chilli, turmeric powder and salt in a bowl
- Cut vegetables and cottage cheese in 2 ½ inch pieces
- Put cheese, vegetables and yogurt mixture in a bowl
- Set aside for 30minutes
- Skewer cottage cheese and vegetable pieces one by one on sticks
- Put these sticks in a baking dish and place in a pre-heated oven for 15 mins.
- Serve hot.
