500 g | carrots |
150 g | plain yogurt |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tbsp | mixed herbs |
1 tbsp | milk |
½ tsp | salt |
Instructions
Cut away ends and peel carrots. Grate carrots. In a bowl combine yogurt, olive oil, mixed herbs, milk and salt. Add carrots and mix well.Preparation time:
