Broccolini with almonds recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | broccolini |
1 tbsp | butter |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
some | salt |
some | pepper, freshly ground |
1 pinch(es) | nutmeg, freshly grated |
30 g | flaked almonds, dry roasted |
Instructions
Blanch the broccolini in boiling water for about 2 minutes. Submerge in ice cold water and drain.Heat butter and oil in a pan and fry the broccolini for about 5 minutes. Season to taste.
Serve sprinkled with the browned almond flakes.
