Ingredients
125 g | soft butter |
125 g | sugar |
250 g | flour |
1 medium | egg |
½ pack(s) | baking powder |
strawberry jam or raspberry jam |
Instructions
In a bowl whisk the butter with the sugar. Add the egg and whisk until the mixture is pale yellow. Knead in the flour with the baking powder. Shape the dough to small balls.Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Arrange the balls on a lined baking tray and flatten slightly. With your thumb make a well in the middle and fill the well with jam. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Best served lukewarm.
