Easy fish with big bacon flavor. Would be a simple recipe over the campfire, if you pack a cast-iron skillet.

Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 4 (6 ounce) halibut fillets
- Salt and pepper
- 4 leaves fresh sage
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins
1. Season halibut fillets with salt and pepper. Set a sage leaf on top of each fillet, then wrap the bacon around the fish.
2. Pour olive oil into a large skillet and set over medium heat. Cook fish in hot oil for about 10 minutes, flipping once midway through cooking time, until fish is cooked through. Serve.
