|For the apple mousse:|
|500 g||apples, peeled, cored, sliced|
|For the apple fool:|
|1 pinch(es)||cinnamon, ground|
Place apples, water and sugar in a saucepan, cover and simmer gently until soft, about 30 minutes. Allow to cool.
Puree the apples and combine with the yogurt. Spoon into individual dishes and chill before serving.
