For the apple mousse: | |
500 g | apples, peeled, cored, sliced |
50 ml | water |
1 tbsp | sugar |
For the apple fool: | |
150 ml | yogurt |
½ tbsp | sugar |
1 pinch(es) | cinnamon, ground |
Instructions
Place apples, water and sugar in a saucepan, cover and simmer gently until soft, about 30 minutes. Allow to cool.Puree the apples and combine with the yogurt. Spoon into individual dishes and chill before serving.
