Before you start, make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.

Pour the milk in a bowl.
Beat the egg inside the milk. Mix gently with a whisk.

Spoon by spoon start adding the flour. Mix constantly while adding the flour so that lumps will not form.

Melt the butter in a microwave or on a stove.
Cool slightly and then add it to the pancake batter. Mix gently until all ingredients combine.

    Baking:

Take out an 8 inch pancake pan. Heat it to max heat, and then lower the heat to medium.
I do not add butter, since it is already in the pancake batter.
Start baking the pancakes one by one.

You can eat them plain, with jam, hazelnut spread, peanut butter, Greek yogurt and fruits, banana, honey and walnuts.. You name it!

    Note:

If you want a sweeter taste you can add some sugar.
Try adding vanilla extract or a tbsp of rum as well.
From this amount you should get around 16 8 inch thin pancakes.
Do not overmix the batter. If you do, the gluten from the flour will develop and the pancakes will become chewy.
