100 g Oatmeal flour

100 g All purpose flour

90 g Butter, melted

5 tbsp Milk

1 kg ApplesSour, sweet, whatever you like

Freshly squeezed juice from 1 lemon

200 g Apple jam

1 tsp Cinnamon

Crust:Mix together the oatmeal and all purpose flours. |

Heat a medium sized pan and melt the butter. Add the mixed flours and milk. Stir to combine. |

Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes. |

Put the crust in a 23 cm round tart pan. Spread evenly on the bottom and to the sides. Put in a fridge for 30 min. |

Apple filling:Peel the apples. Remove the seeds. Cut the apples to thin slices. |

Put the apples in a mixing bowl. Add the lemon juice and cinnamon. Mix until the spice coats all apple pieces. |

Assembly:Take the crust out of the fridge. Spread the apple jam on the crust. |

Baking:Bake the apple pie for approximately 1 h at 200 degrees Celsius. |
