Preparation:Cover the bottom of a cake pan with baking paper. |

Crust:In a bowl mix the ground biscuits and the melted butter. |

Distribute evenly the biscuit-butter mixture on the surface of the pan. |

Blueberry Cheesecake:Whip 500 mL whipping cream until you get a firm cream. |

Gradually add the cream cheese to the whipping cream with constant mixing. |

Add the honey. |

Divide the whipping cream-cream cheese-honey mixture into 2 equal parts. |

In one part add 200 g of the blueberry jam. |

Whip the rest of the whipping cream (200 mL) separately. |

Assembly:Take out the crust from the fridge. |
