Preparation:Cut the cucumber on small pieces. You can also grind it, if you do not prefer the crunchy feeling. |

In a bowl pour the Greek yogurt and mix it with a spoon. |

Add the cucumber, lemon juice and a few tablespoons of olive oil. Mix nicely. |
