    Preparation:

    Cut the cucumber on small pieces. You can also grind it, if you do not prefer the crunchy feeling.

    In a bowl pour the Greek yogurt and mix it with a spoon.

    Add the cucumber, lemon juice and a few tablespoons of olive oil. Mix nicely.

    Season with dill, salt and pepper to taste.

    You can decorate with a little olive oil and some dill.
