Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
150 g All purpose flour
40 g Cocoa powder
2 tsp Baking powder
90 g Sugar
2 Large eggs
150 mL Milk
3 tsp Sunflower oil
A pinch of salt
150 g Butter, softened
300 g Powder sugar
75 g Cream cheese
100 g Nutella

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Batter:

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
In a separate bowl mix the liquids.

Add the liquids to the dry ingredients.
Mix until everything combines.

Baking:

Put muffin cups in the muffin pan. If you are not using muffin cups you can grease the muffin places with butter and add cocoa so the batter will not stick.
Fill each muffin cup with batter up to 2/3 of the volume. This will leave the muffins enough space to rise during baking.
Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle of the muffin comes out clean.

Nutella Frosting:

Using a hand or stand mixer mix the butter and the powder sugar.
Add the cream cheese and Nutella.
Beat until you get a firm icing.

Assembly:

On each muffin put some of the Nutella icing.
If you want frosting inside the muffins, make a hole in the middle of the muffin, fill it with frosting and then decorate the top.

Serving:

Cool slightly before serving.
You can decorate with some forest fruits or just blueberries.
