Preparation:Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. |

In a large pot broil the spinach for a few minutes. |

Put the spinach in a mixing bowl put and add the ricotta. |

Grease the bottom and sides of a baking pan with oil. |

On the counter put two crusts together, sprinkle with oil and add a few spoons of the spinach-ricotta-yogurt mixture. |

Repeat this step until all pie crusts are used. |

Put the rolled crusts in the baking pan. |

Beat the egg in a separate bowl and spread it over the pie. |
