Preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.

In a large pot broil the spinach for a few minutes.
Drain the liquid and let it cool a little.

Put the spinach in a mixing bowl put and add the ricotta.
Add the yogurt.
Season with salt and pepper.
If the mixture is too liquid add breadcrumbs and mix nicely until all ingredients combine.

Grease the bottom and sides of a baking pan with oil.

On the counter put two crusts together, sprinkle with oil and add a few spoons of the spinach-ricotta-yogurt mixture.
Roll the pie dough crust as a roulade.
