150 g Gruyère
200 mL Milk
20 g All purpose flour
20 g Butter
Salt and Pepper

    Preparation:

    Shred both cheeses.

    Fusilli:

    In a pot bring salted water to boil.
    Add the fusilli and cook them as instructed on the packaging.
    Rinse the fusilli.

    Bechamel:

    In a pot melt the butter on low heat.
    Add the flour and mix nicely. The mixture should be even and dense like a paste.

    Start adding the milk while stirring.
    Once the milk is added, keep stirring to avoid the formation of clumps.
    The mixture will become more dense, like a pudding.

    Cheese sauce:

    Add both cheeses and mix them nicely until they melt.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Fusilli and cheese:

    Add the rinsed fusilli to the pot with the sauce.
    Gently mix until the sauce is evenly distributed on the fusilli.

    Serving:

    Serve as it is, you actually do not need anything else.
