450 g Buckwheat filo pastry
2 kg Apples, peeled and ground
6 tbsp Brown sugar
3 Vanilla
6 tbsp Semolina
200 mL Oil

Done

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Apple filling:

Place the apples in a bowl, add sugar and vanilla sugar.
Mix everything.

Pie rolls:

Use a rectangular baking pan.
Grease it with oil.

Put one filo pastry, sprinkle it with oil, put another filo pastry and also sprinkle it with oil.
On one edge of the filo pastry place add one spoon semolina for the whole length of the filo pastry.

Divide the apple filling on 6 equal parts.
Place one part over the semolina.
Roll the filo pastry in a roll.
Repeat procedure until all filo pastries are used.

When you are done, sprinkle oil on top of the pies.
Make incisions on the pies but do not cut completely, just to half.
This will determine the size of your rolls.

Baking;

Bake the pie rolls until the surface becomes golden brown.
Cool it completely.
