Preparation:Cut the beef at equally sized squares, approximately 2 cm x 2 cm. |

Heat a frying pan to medium heat. |

In the meantime, wash the vegetables. |

Cooking:In a pot heat 3-4 tbsp olive oil. |

Add the beef. |

Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. |

Once you start smelling the garlic add the tomatoes and beef stock to the mixture. |
