2 kg Apple, peeled and sliced

Preparation:Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. |

Grease baking pan with oil and sugar. |

Apple Layer:Put the apples in the greased baking pan. |

Dough:Prepare the dough while you bake the apples. |

From 4 eggs, separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. |

Cut the margarine in pieces and add it to the beaten eggs. Mix on maximum speed. |

Pour the dough on top of the baked apples. |

Bake the dough until it becomes golden brown or until a toothpick inserted inside comes out clean. |

Filling:In a bowl put 400 mL milk and 3 tbsp and heat it. |

When the milk comes close to boiling, add the yolks-corn starch-milk mixture. |

Egg White Cream:Beat the whites of 4 eggs with 4/6 tbsp sugar until you get a firm cream. |

Turning Cake Upside Down:Take the baked cake out of the oven. Wai for it to cool to room temperature. |
