Dough:In a bowl mic together the flour, salt and baking powder. |

Using a kitchen robot, knead the dough for approximately 10 min at low to medium speed. |

Transfer the dough to the kitchen counter. |

Divide it into 8 equal parts. |

Frying:Heat the pan on medium heat. |

Bake each circle on the oil, a few minutes per side or until it starts inflating. |
