550 g All purpose flour

200 mL Yogurt

80 g Butter, melted

2 Large eggs

1 pack (7 g) Dry yeast

1 tsp Salt

1 tbsp Sugar

100 g Butter, softenedor more if you prefer

3 Garlic cloves

Fresh parsley leaves

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

1 Egg

2 tbsp Milk

Dough:In a bigger bowl mix together all the ingredients for the dough in particular all purpose flour, yogurt, melted butter, eggs, dry yeast, salt and sugar. |

Using a kitchen robot, knead the dough for 10-15 minutes on low to medium speed. |

Form a nice ball, and let the dough sit at room temperature for at least 1 h covered with a towel. |

Garlic butter:Peel the garlic and chop it very nicely to tiny pieces. |

In a bowl mix the chopped garlic, parsley, softened butter and spices. |

Assembly:On the kitchen counter, spread the dough to less than 1 cm thickness into a rectangle shape. |

Cover the whole surface of the dough with garlic butter. |

Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into 18 equally sized squares. |

Coat the baking pan with some butter. I used a round one. |

Start assembling the garlic bread by putting pieces one on top of the other until you form a nice circle. |

Baking:Preheat oven to 180 degrees C or 350 degrees F. |

In a small bowl mix one egg and 2 tbsp milk (or water). |

Bake for 30 minutes or until the pieces of the bread become golden brown. |

You can wait for the bread to cool a little, or eat it immediately. |

Tip:If you have time, after rising of the bread divide it into 18 small balls. |
