In a bowl put the butter and melt it on medium heat. Be careful not to burn it. |

Add the flour and mix the ingredients with a whisk. |

Start adding the milk gradually. Mix constantly with the whisk to prevent formation of clumps. |

Add spices. With frequent mixing keep the mixture on medium heat. |

After a while it starts becoming more dense - like a pudding. |

When you reach the desired density, remove the sauce from heat. |
