Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

In a bowl put the butter and melt it on medium heat. Be careful not to burn it.

Add the flour and mix the ingredients with a whisk.

Start adding the milk gradually. Mix constantly with the whisk to prevent formation of clumps.

Add spices. With frequent mixing keep the mixture on medium heat.

After a while it starts becoming more dense - like a pudding.

When you reach the desired density, remove the sauce from heat.
