750 mL Milk
2 Vanilla pudding
600 g Lady Fingers
150 mL Brandy
3 tsp Nescafe
500 mL Water
500 mL Whipping cream

Vanilla Pudding:

Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the instructions on the bag.
Cool it completely.

Filling:

Whip the whipping cream.

Mix the whipping cream and the vanilla pudding.
The pudding must be cold otherwise it will melt the whipping cream.

Lady Finger Layer:

In a bigger bowl mix together the nescafe, brandy and water.
One by one dip the lady fingers in the coffee-brandy mixture. Do not keep them long in the liquid as they will start dissolving.

Assembly:

As you dip the lady fingers in the coffee-brandy mixture start layering them in the cake pan where you will put the tiramisu.
Once you fill the first row, put a layer of the filling.

Repeat the layering until all lady fingers and filling are used.
I made 3 layers.

Serving Suggestion:

On top of the last layer sprinkle cocoa.
If you want you can also add some walnuts.
