Preparation:Break the egg and separate the egg yolk from the egg white. |

Add a pinch of salt to the egg white. |

In a bowl of a blender add the oatmeal, rye flour, egg yolk and baking powder. |

Blend the ingredients until you get a nice and smooth mixture. |

Once you are satisfied with the consistency of the mixture, flip in the egg whites. |

Baking:Heat a small sized pan on the stove. |
