1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 stick butter cold and cut in pieces
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp cold water
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 vanilla
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp flour
2 cups blueberries, fresh



Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mark as complete


Mix all dry ingredients in a food processor. Slowly add the water until a dough is formed.
Wrap the dough in foil and put it in a fridge for 1 h.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch. It should be a little larger than the pie pan. Transfer the rolled dough to the pan and trim the edges.
Put the pie crust in the fridge while making the batter.

Put all ingredients without the blueberries in a blender. Mix thoroughly.
Pour the batter on the chilled pie crust.
Mark as complete

Bake 1 hour or until batter is set.
After a few minutes put the fresh blueberries on the baked batter.
Mark as complete

Cool the pie completely. Serve at room temperature.
