1 stick ButterCold and cut in pieces

2 cups Blueberries, fresh

Preparation:Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. |

Crust:Mix all dry ingredients in a food processor. Slowly add the water until a dough is formed. |

Wrap the dough in foil and put it in a fridge for 1 h. |

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch. It should be a little larger than the pie pan. Transfer the rolled dough to the pan and trim the edges. |

Put the pie crust in the fridge while making the batter. |

Batter:Put all ingredients without the blueberries in a blender. Mix thoroughly. |

Pour the batter on the chilled pie crust. |

Baking:Bake 1 hour or until batter is set. |

After a few minutes put the fresh blueberries on the baked batter. |
