Preparation:Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C. |

Divide the egg yolks from the egg whites. |

Cake sponge:Put the egg whites in the mixing bowl of the mixer. Add a pinch of salt. |

Gradually add 200 g sugar. |

Mix together the chopped walnuts and cocoa. |

Place a baking sheet on a baking pan. |

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. |

Chocolate filling:Using a mixer mix nicely 5 egg yolks and 100 g sugar. The mixture will be prepared when you will no longer hear cracking when mixing 0 the sugar has melted. |

In a pot put the milk. |

Cook on medium heat with constant mixing. |

Remove from heat and let it cool completely. |

Yellow fillling:Fill a big pot with water. Bring to boil and reduce the heat so the water will still evaporate. |

Put the rest of the egg yolks (5) and 100 g sugar in a pot. |

Add the chocolate chopped and mix until the mass is even and the ingredients are nicely distributed. |

Remove from heat and let it cool completely. |

Assembly:Start assembling the cake. |

Put a layer of the cake sponge, than the chocolate filling and then the yellow filling. |

As a last layer I used chocolate ganache. |

Tips:It is better for the cake to be made one days in advance and left in the fridge overnight. |
