150 g Dark chocolate
120 g Butter
150 g Caster sugar
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
3 Large eggs
80-100 g All purpose flour
a few drops Vanilla extract
100 g White chocolate

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.

Put the dark chocolate and butter in a heat-resistant bowl and melt them in a microwave. Microwave for 30 s, stir and microwave again until the mixture is smooth.

Add the cocoa powder to the chocolate-butter mixture.
Mix to combine.

Melt the white chocolate in a microwave.

Batter:

Put the eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Mix using a hand mixer for a few minutes, until the volume increases.

Add the chocolate mixture and the vanilla extract to the eggs.

Add the flour.
Mix gently using a spoon until all ingredients combine.

Put a baking sheet in a square pan.

Transfer the batter to the pan.
Add the melted white chocolate on top.
