Preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Dough:

Mix egg whites from 5 eggs.
Separately mix 150 g butter with 150 g sugar.
Add the egg whites to the butter and sugar.

Add 75 g flour and 150 g ground walnuts.
Mix everything together until all ingredients combine nicely.

Baking:

Pour the dough in a square baking pan.
Bake in a preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean (20-30 minutes).

Yolk Filling:

Mix 5 egg yolks with 150 g sugar until you get a foamy mixture.

Pour the egg yolk-sugar mixture on top of the baked dough.

Put the cake back in the switched off oven.
The egg yolks should dry a little. It will become firmer.

Chocolate filling:

Put the milk in a pot and boil it.
Add the walnuts and chocolate and stir until the chocolate melts.
Let it cool.

Mix 100 g butter and 150 g sugar until you get a foamy mixture.
Combine the butter-sugar mixture and the cold milk-chocolate-walnut mixture.

Assembly:

Take out the dough from the baking pan.
Cut it in four equal rectangular pieces.

On a serving tray place on baked dough. Cover it with 1/5 of the chocolate filling.
Repeat the procedure until you use all dough.
At the end, cover the whole cake with the last 1/5 of the chocolate filling.
You can decorate with chopped walnuts.
