Preparation:Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. |

Dough:Mix egg whites from 5 eggs. |

Add 75 g flour and 150 g ground walnuts. |

Baking:Pour the dough in a square baking pan. |

Yolk Filling:Mix 5 egg yolks with 150 g sugar until you get a foamy mixture. |

Pour the egg yolk-sugar mixture on top of the baked dough. |

Put the cake back in the switched off oven. |

Chocolate filling:Put the milk in a pot and boil it. |
