    Preparation:

    Put the bananas in a mixing bowl and mash them with a fork.

    Melt the butter.

    Add the egg, oats, milk and melted butter.
    Mix well until all ingredients combine and the batter is nice and smooth.

    Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat.

    Put 2 tbsp batter in the pan.
    Flip the pancake once small bubbles appear on the upper side.
    It usually takes 2-3 minutes.

    1) serve with hazelnut spread or peanut butter with banana cuts,
    2) serve with greek yogurt with cut fruits (for example strawberry, blueberry, raspberry),
