1 Yeast 40 g
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Salt
5 tbsp Oil Sunflower oil, olive oil
500 mL Lukewarm water

Dough:

Put the yeast and the sugar in the water.
Add the mixture to the flour. Add the oil.
Mix with a spoon.

The dough will be very soft.
Do not knead with hands.

Let the dough rise for at least 1 hour.

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees C.

Bread:

Put flour on the cooking surface.
Pour the dough on top of the floured surface.
Sprinkle some flour to the dough so it will not stick to your fingers.

Make a spiral from the dough.
Cut it in two pieces.
Elongate every piece so it will look like a bread.

Baking:

Put parchment paper on the baking tray.
Put both of the breads on the tray.

Bake for 10 min at 240 degrees C, and then for 20-25 more min at 200 degrees C.
The bread should become golden brown.
