Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
6 tbsp Corn flour
2 tbsp All purpose flour
1/2 bag Baking powder
1 Large egg
100 mL Sour cream Yogurt
100 mL Sparkling water
50 mL Olive oil
150 g Cheese Any tyupe of cheese - feta, gouda, gorgonzola.. Separately or a mix of different cheeses

Goes very well with a glass of plain yogurt.

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Put all ingredients for the corn bread in a bowl.
Using a spoon mix nicely until they all combine.

If the cheeses are not salty, you can add a little bit of salt.

Baking:

Grease the baking pan (or smaller pans) with olive oil.
Put the corn bread mixture.
If you want grate some cheese on top of the corn bread.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for approximately 30 min or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Serving:

Cool slightly before serving.
Serve the corn bread with a glass of yogurt, cream, kaymak, a piece of Danish white cheese or some vegetables.
